Appointment Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone’s time, please review the following policies:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost.
- If no card is on file, an invoice will be sent via Vagaro or Zelle for the cancellation fee.
Appointment Confirmations
- A confirmation text will be sent one week prior to your appointment.
- No response to the confirmation text = automatic cancellation.
- Changes may be made up to 48 hours before your appointment.
Late Arrivals
- Please text ahead if you think you’ll be late.
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
- After 15 minutes, the appointment will be rescheduled and fees may apply.
Deposits
- A $50 deposit is required for all color appointments.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable but will be applied toward your total service.
No Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
- Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals resulting in a missed appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
- Outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments.
